This is insignificant because the amount to be spent for campaigning is monitored and expenditure certainly brings problems to the table. So, to cover his illegal relationship with a porn star, he spent a significant amount. That has been questioned by the jury and as a result Former president is convicted. This, trial initiated against Mr. Donald Trump is the first-ever criminal conviction of the former president of the United States.
The conviction comes under 34 e-class felonies. That carries a potential penalty of four years imprisonment. In addition, without a clear constitutional prohibition, his right to run for president again is not revoked.

Now, the elector cast their votes directly for the president’s post. The elected president can not contest an election for more than two terms and Each term is of four years. The president of the USA is both the head of the State and Head of the government. But in the case of India, the president, who is indirectly elected is the head of the state. While the prime minister, who is directly elected is the Head of the government. As mentioned earlier, the president of the USA can not contest more than two times. Whereas, there is no such limit for President or Prime minister in India
