To maintain good health and physical fitness I have always been inclined towards following different types of diets. Some of the diets that I followed were only a smoothie diet, a Keto diet, a no-carb diet, and a vegan diet. One fruit that I have been allowed to eat in all the diets is avocado. No wonder, that this magical fruit is a rich source of many vitamins and a natural source of healthy fat. So, here, in this article, I will try to list some facts to elaborate on why avocado is good for health.
